"Hotel Bristol Palace is a beautiful historic property in an excellent location for exploring Genoa. We walked to many of the major attractions, restaurants, aquarium, Piazza De Ferrari, and Columbus House. The hotel itself is elegant, bed exceptionally comfortable, and sheets and pillows among the best of our trip. The terrace restaurant is lovely. Personale gentile che ci ha concesso di lasciare i bagagli anche se arrivati con un ora di anticipo e disponibili a rispondere domande tramite Whatsapp, ci hanno offerto anche due bottigliette d'acqua visto il caldo di quei giorni. "We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"The room was nice and clean and the location was perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and in the middle of the old city. Parking was a little far, only 10 minute walk but not ideal when you have luggage, but at least they give you parking options and a discount which was appreciated. Service was very good. I would stay here again."
