"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with our three teenagers. After the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, we were looking for a few quiet, relaxing days, and this was exactly what we needed. "The room was average, but the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They ignored us, never greeted us, and made it clear we weren't welcome. Breakfast was poor—one egg was rotten—so I skipped meals there to avoid food poisoning. They focused on telling us about inconveniences like the closed pool and broken gate, and that we should leave before 10:00 on the last day. I cannot recommend this place; the owners are unsuited for hospitality."
