"Great place to stay when away on business"

"A very comfortable room"

"The reviews are 100% correct about this place. Checkin was fast and friendly. Our room was spotless. Having sky sports in the room was great to watch the Wahs and the All Blacks games. The heat pump kept us toasty and warm for our winter stay. We would definitely come and stay here again!"

"Had a good stay. Could've done with a firmer mattress as that's my preference. Other than that it was all good."

"Handy to central CBD."

"Tried without fail to reach the manager multiple times over the week on all listed numbers. Couldn’t get in my room initially as no code sent for the lock box. Wallpaper peeling off in my room. The office was locked and without staff all week (I was there Sunday to Friday) and no phone contact possible. Very unusual."

"Great location but our unit close to road so traffic noise a nuisance. Shower pressure not good but unit very clean and well prepared. Staff very helpful. Parking outside unit."

"When I contacted the hotel a couple times for my reservation, and asked if there is a front desk person to assist with my check in, the two person who answered my calls kept saying that they cannot find my reservation. After over hour waiting at the front of the hotel at a 49 degrees cold weather at 11:00 pm they finally said that they found it and someone handed me the key to my room."

"First time here and relaxing, peaceful and local stay in Palmy. Check in was no fuss, room immaculate and clean, had an iron and ironing board, everything we needed amd so local to restaurants, mall, city centre. We had Room 7. The only downfall was the Spa, we loved that it was a private Spa that could at least 4 of us, but the temperature was more like warm than hot. Other than that, a great stay, we'll come back here for sure."

"Could not fault. Close to shops, wonderful park and gardens. Very clean. Enjoyed the spa bath and comfy bed. Lovely accommodating hosts."

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable with twa, coffee and hot chocolate available. Beds were comfy, spare pillows and blankets. Highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back Julue H"

"Location was walking distance to supermarket, burger king, garages and township also. Check in easy and hosts friendly. Establishment was dated but surfice, rooms cleaned well & comfy bed. Unfortunately I was dissapointed over the stench of what I believe were smelly carpets, no underlay for comfort and odour throughout the room in curtains, furniture. Comfy double bed. Enjoyed jetted bath, but lack of utensils in kitchenette made it more frustrating. Paid fair price 3 nights stay but very...

"Excellent location. Lady in charge was lovely and very helpful. Room was noisy when the upstairs occupants used their bathroom being directly above."

"Staff were nice. Place feels a little tired. Parking was good."

"Warm welcome, clean spacious unit ."

"My friends and I have stayed here multiple times for an event in palmy. we always enjoy our time here. The staff are lovely and the beds are comfy. It's a cozy place to stay and a great location close to everything you need."
