"Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away. Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned....

"A perfect place to stay. The hotel it self is pretty new judging by the building and the interior, i took a single bed room which is more than adequate for a family of three. the room it self is very clean and u got everything needed from kitchenette to washing machine. South Yarra train station and tram stop is just a 5 min walk from the hotel. The rate that i got is very good and to top it off I got free parking during my 3 nights stay. "I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially not families. The team was extremely unwelcoming, the premises were unsanitary and the area around the apartment was unsafe. I am very familiar with Melbourne and there are lots of great places to stay, but this was a very dodgy set-up and the staff seemed extremely unwelcoming."

"Staff was fantastic. Split system was a bit squeaky, location was handy to everything. TV didn’t have all channels and was pretty old. Shower was fantastic! Dining chairs were stained. It was great for the price overall !"
