"We booked 2 rooms that were adjoining and our room were clean and beds were comfortable, however one of the rooms key reader was broke and maintenance never came to fix it, the A/C did not work in one room and only one of the lights in the other room worked… The staff was great but they allowed young teenagers and kids to eat in and around the pool and hot tub. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor hot tub, which worked the first night we stayed but quit working the day after we got...

"Great location. Great amenities: steam room, good fitness room, jacuzzis, pool, game room, movie room, and a little beach with access to the lake. All this makes a perfect combo for a family vacation spot. Amazing views. Very clean, well-maintained resort. I will surely go back and stay there again during my next visit."

"What we didn’t like: Hot shower only ran for 3 minutes, then it stopped. Shower head was broken. The coach and the flooring were a bit dirty. But it was ok coz we only stayed for a night. What we love about it: It was easy to check in and check out via text. The place is very convenient and easy access to Alpine mountain park. We also love that I was across sister and sister bakery- they have the best cinnamon roll. Lots of parking. The village is walkable. Kids had so much fun! "

"Rooms are clean & cozy, and a lot of them have balconies which I love. Breakfast is very good with a good selection. We also enjoyed the Game Room (played ping pong, billiard, & air hockey). Good workout room. Also has a nice little trail behind the hotel to walk in. Only down side is that they are now charging for parking ($20/day) but the stay is still affordable & pleasant so it's still one of our favorite places to stay."
