"Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. "We were just doing a quick overnight stay on a long drive. We’ve stayed here a number of times previously on this drive and keep coming back. The room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There were a number of dining options within walking distance that met our dinner needs when we arrived. The included breakfast was great and early enough that we were able to get on the road early after a good night’s sleep. We’ll be back."

"As nice as this place could be, it seems that they settle for the bare minimum when it comes to cleanliness. And if you are thinking about a hot tub in the room, might wanna reconsider and do without it. It was so dirty that it took about an hour of myself running the jets before the brown sludge started rising to the top of the tub. Now it's ready for you to cover yourself with right? What's the worst that could happen? Oh that's right. Don't forget the 7 dead cockroaches in varying different...
