"This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. No where on the website does it talk about parling cost and the incident fee of 75 dollars a day. Breakfast for 10 dollars all you got was nothing health. The party that was on the roof top kept me up that night. The walls are very thin and you can here everything in the next room that you really do not need to hear. Check in time was late they had no rooms ready at 3pm. "This place is a cute lil gem. Clean comfy cozy oh did I say safe! The parking lot is tight! And you have to back out of the fence so if you’re terrible at going in reverse then. We did see some parking near the back that was pretty straight forward. They took everything into account to the smallest detail. I will definitely stay here in the future."

"Property was very nice, except extremely bad communication on the observation deck hours. The lady at the desk did not inform us that it was on limited hours and it was not posted anywhere. We were only told that it was closing early Sunday. We ended up checking out early due to having nothing else to do safely. Most all activities around us were closed and there is only so much you can do in a bass pro to keep entertained. When hours of things change signs need to be posted and employees...

"We were able to get an early check-in and late checkout. The room was decent and the staff was fairly nice. They did miss a day of cleaning our room. They held our bags before our room was ready and because we had a late flight coming back. Parking can be expensive. Try to find street parking if you can. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy walking to and from Beale street. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the main attraction street."

"The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Beale Street and a variety of great restaurants, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—everything was served fresh, and the quality of the food was excellent. Adjoining the hotel is Starbucks coffee-It was a great way to start your day. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here! "

"The staff stunk. Didn't know dry cleaning. Lost 3 dress articles trying to recover from trusting their dry cleaning promises. No bar no lobby coffee. Breakfast runner who didn't speak English. Sleepy security. TV didn't work. 5 bucks for a small bottle of water. Chip on shoulder front desk...and on and on shame because Sharon is a good brand"

"Excellent stay! There was a hiccup at check-in but it was resolved instantly. We loved loft 310 so much that we extended another night. If ever in Memphis again, the Stallion will be my first choice!"
