Si, con algún pero.

Hay cosas (como el reloj del apartamento) que no revisan. La ventana del baño no se podía abrir, por lo que ventilar después de la ducha se hacía i posible. No resulta agradable. Por lo demás, excelente situación y comodidad.

Apartamento 2 habitaciones, 2 baños con ducha y sofá cama con capacidad 6 personas, buena calefacción con temperatura regulable, cocina correctamente equipada con menaje para 8, (eché en falta una tapa para el microondas), muy limpio, pero no tuvimos servicio de limpieza en los tres días. Bien situado en zona tranquila pero junto al centro. El check in fuera de horario de recepción muy bien: avisé de la hora de llegada me dieron un código para abrir la puerta de recepción y me dijeron dónde dejarían las llaves. El Parking es exterior privado, se accede por una barrera que se abre con la llave que te facilitan.

apartamentos a orillas del Garona

Apartamentos muy cercanos al centro urbano a escasos metros del río Garona. Han renovado en este último año los baños... algo que sinceramente se hacía necesario pero la mampara no impide que el agua se derrame fuera del plato de ducha. Quizás hubiera sido necesario una mejor planificación de la reforma. Facilidades y simpatía por parte de la recepción.

Buena estancia

La estancia ha sido buena, hemos estado muy agusto. Las vistas eran estupendas y bien comunicado aunque en zona tranquila. Por poner alguna pega... el baño de nuestro apartamento olía muy mal el desagüe. Además, el horario de recepción es limitado. Pese a ello, volvería sin duda.

Apartamento centrico y en un entorno muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable, de hecho si vuelvo otra vez a Vielha, es muy posible que lo vuelva a escoger.

Segunda estancia tan buena como la primera.

Hemos repetido estancia. Nos alojaron en un apartamento superior al reservado sin aumento de coste. Los apartamentos están bien situados y tienen de todo, la calefacción muy bien y la ubicación perfecta. La atención de la persona de recepción también muy bien. En resumen, una buena opción para Vielha.

Pleasant apartment but please get brighter lights

Comfortable, large one bedroomed apartment in low rise block. Short walk to centre of town. Kitchen ok, bathroom a bit tired. Bad leak on shower screen on side of bath. Some light bulbs not working. Reported to reception but not replaced. Nothing wrong with these apartments except for poor lighting caused by energy efficient bulbs which aren't bright enough. Whole place is dark and could be depressing on a wet day.

Limpio y tranquilo

Todo correcto. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y en muy buen estado. Los utensilios de la cocina están muy bien y no se echa nada en falta. Quizá el único fallo es el tamaño de la tele que para la niña para ver dibujos es demasiado pequeña y la wifi llega un poco justo a la habitación.

Buena opción para familias con niños.

En general, muy contentos con el apartahotel. Mobiliario moderno, habitaciones amplias. El sofá cama ya estaba desplegado y la cama hecha cuando llegamos ( íbamos con dos niños por lo que hicimos uso del mismo). Menaje suficiente y en buen estado, electrodomésticos nuevos. Baño amplio con plato de ducha. No hay servicio de limpieza diario, solo semanal. hay zona de aparcamiento con barrera, pero no la necesitamos porque siempre había sitio delante de la puerta. La recepción tiene horario limitado. El resto del tiempo se accede por código en la puerta y en caso de necesidad hay que llamar a un móvil, pero no nos hizo falta , la verdad. Como detalles a mejorar : las ventanas solo tienen cortinas opacas. Es decir, si quieres que entre luz por la ventana todo el mundo podrá verte desde fuera, siendo ventanas muy amplias y estando de frente a la calle, en un primer piso. Si no, estarás a oscuras y tendrás que encender la luz. Está bien ubicado, junto al río Garona. Vielha es pequeño asi que enseguida estas en la zona de bares, tiendas, etc... En resumen, con la oferta que encontramos ( 3 noches por 200€ en total) ha resultado inmejorable.

Buena ubicación e instalaciones, con parking y wifi. Lo único, que no pasan a limpiar ni cambiar nada, el sofá cama del salón no tenía sabanas,cuando las solicitamos, tenemos que dar explicaciones de porqué quieres usar el sofá cama, si sois dos personas, tienes q dormir en la habitación, o haber avisado q querías usarlo!!!. Nos las dieron eso sí. El personal, poco agradable, estuvimos en un apartamento de miercoles a domingo, nos dejaron dos rollos de papel higiénico, que tienes que pedir si necesitas,porque sino no reponen, y cuando pido porque necesito, pretendian reponerme uno sólo!!, creo que racanear en algo tan básico como éstas cosas, unas sábanas y papel higienico,deprecia el establecimiento de tres estrellas, y crea un ambiente de malestar innecesario.

REPETIREMOS

El apartamento destaca por su decoración y completa equipación de la cocina, baño y habitación. El sofá cama cómodo, lo único que le falta es ropa de cama más adecuada a su tamaño. La limpieza y la calidad del servicio muy correcta. La atención de la recepción muy adecuada. La zona muy tranquila y discreta, con parking privado, muy proxima al centro.

"sofa cama bastante incomodo"

Todo perfecto.El unico problema fue con el sofa cama que era incomodo.Por suerte fueron muy amables y nos pusieron una cama pequeńa mucho mas comoda.

Nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bain, par contre, nous avons été très surpris par ce qui doit servir de cafetière !!! Plutôt vieillot l'ustensile !!! Le personnel est très aimable mais ne parle pas du tout le Français.
