The room was very clean and there was everything necessary. However, the room temperature was cold. Breakfast had a good selection of everything. When we arrived and left, there wasn't friendly customer service at the reception.

Nice stay overall

The hotel room was comfortable, however they could have had better curtains, and there was no kettle provided in the room to make tea and coffee. Small comfortable room. With a TV and the bathroom. The breakfast was also expensive.

Not up to ibis standards

Expected a lot more modern hotel by ibis standards. It is right next to the ibis budget hotel and I do wonder if this is considered the standard ibis hotel, just how budget the budget hotel must be. I can’t complain at the service or the cleanliness of the hotel and it is in a good location. Bed was comfortable. If you can get the hotel for a cheap rate then fantastic but it is in dire need of a refresh. They would benefit massively if they spent the money to redecorate the rooms and the hallways.

Let’s get things into perspective. If you’re looking for a plush hotel to spend a week or more in then this one might not be for you. For me however, this was ideal. I came for a 2 night stop in Vienna so I could do the parkrun and a little touristy stuff! The train from the airport to praterstern cost €4.30 (£3.20) and was around 25 minutes. The hotel is just a 5-10 minute walk from the station. For those here for the parkrun, it approx 3km away. Easy walking/jogging distance across the Danube. For tourists to the city centre, it is 4km to the Hofburg palace, a little shorter for St stephens cathedral but a nice straightforward easy walk. As for the amenities, it’s a budget hotel! I read some strange reviews on here but I found my room clean and tidy. I traveled alone so had one duvet on the bed. It’s not big enough for 2 but if you look carefully there is a second one available in the wardrobe along with pillows. If I had to be really picky there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and no electrical sockets by the bed. The bed itself was comfortable and I slept really well - maybe it was all the walking and fresh air! Breakfast is a continental buffet. I had to pay the €15 but you won’t go hungry. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially when checking in at 11:55pm! All in all a nice stay, thank you Vienna!

Très bon établissement situé sur la ligne 1 du métro comme le parc relais pour garer sa voiture d’un côté de la ligne et accès direct au centre ville de l’autre. Personnel très à l’écoute qui a du aussi garder nos bagages le dernier jour C’était parfait et prix plus que raisonnable pour Vienne

I enjoyed 2-nights stay. The staff(s) were friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the location was convenient for travelers. The only problem was that two or three young locals were talking loudly behind the hotel at 1am.

Checked online but still have to fill in paper on arrival. Why then online check in? Room cleaning noisy in the morning. Cleaning only on request. Bit mold in bathroom.
