"From the moment you walk in the door the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modernly elegant, smells so good, and well appointed. The rooms are super clean and functional. We stayed at a different hotel in the area for a few days prior to checking into the Arlo, and what I really appreciated was the electronic charging ports in the room. Our first hotel barely had a plug in to charge devices (without the plug falling out because it was so loose). I would absolutely recommend the Arlo. It is close to Metro bus and rail stops and a quick walk to everything you want to see. If I get back to DC again, I would definitely opt to stay at the Arlo again!"
