"Great location with easy access to the WestBanHof and the Underground. We also walked into the city centre (2.3Km) and to Schloss Schonbrunn (2km) The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and provided good information about the hotel and Vienna City itself. Breakfast buffet was good value with a good range of choices."

"Extremely unique Brazilian theme. Our room was a suite with a balcony, so it was nice to sit outside in the evening. However, the curtains fell off the rods when opening the balcony door and there is no individual controlled air conditioning. We did receive a fan from the front desk which was fine. You can only receive free coffee in the lobby for a short time but you can go next door to their restaurant if you need refreshments. It was nice and quiet in the room but it's a long walk to sites. You will need to UBER or BOLT to get to any attractions."

"The front desk staff were excellent and helped us with our check-in, rather than having to wait to self check-in. This hotel has most of what one needs at an airport hotel. Excellent breakfast. Bar and food such as pizza. Free airport shuttle every 20 minutes 24/7 which meant we were able to catch the shuttle from the airport train station to the hotel as well as take the shuttle for our flight next day. We enjoyed our brief stay!"
