"We had a terrible experience with our reservation at this hotel that we made through Expedia. I made the reservation 6 months prior to our trip and fully paid for it at the time of the booking. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, they said that they did not have my reservation and that the hotel was booked. They said that the same thing happened several times before with their bookings through Expedia. Initially I was told by the manager to just call Expedia because it was their mistake....

"They lack bathroom slippers and air conditioning. Everything else is perfect for them; the rooms are very large, the kitchen and bathroom are great, it's a quiet street, and there's a wonderful garden."

"L’Hotel n’est pas loin du métro pour aller au centre. La chambre était propre mais il y avait de la poussière sur une des tables et une gentille note laissé par le staff mais pour un client précédent. Il nly a oas cafetière dans la chambre sauf un bouilloire et du café instantané. C’était un séjour de 5 nuits. On a demandé ́le nettoyage pour 2 nuits mais on en a eu qqu'un Lorsqu'on a appelé pour avoir des serviettes propres on nous a demandé de venir les chercher nous même car employé était...

We had many questions about the city and what to do and they were extremely helpful every time, and arranged to get us to and from the airport. Also the bartender at the hotel bar had some fantastic recommendations for delicious Austrian wine and whiskey. Would recommend that anyone stay here if they can."

"Rooms are spacious with luxuriously large beds. They set up a crib with sheet for my baby as well. The air conditioning was so good we had to adjust it because it was so cold (a nice problem to have on a hot weekend in the summer). From the bell man to the concierge before the trip, everyone was wonderful. This hotel really stands out for the charm and customer service. We loved the breakfast as well!"

"La verdad lo que yo pagué, lo que me ofrecieron del Hotel no respetaron, me mandaron a otra ubicación enfrente de ellos otro Hotel que ellos tenían no es lo que pagué por la fotografías que me ofrecieron el Hotel, sino que elevador, no trabajó varias veces cuando yo estaba en un piso número siete, siendo una persona incapacitada para caminar tantos escalones. La Limpieza no estuve dando los servicios para el cuarto la ubicación fue muy buena no puedo decir que no cerca de Central CD. para...
