"This is the third time we have stayed at this property. The staff are always extremely friendly and the hotel itself is a beautiful traditional building which is finished to a very high standard. Very quiet and relaxing with a restaurant and bar as well as an outdoor swimming pool in the gardens. A hidden gem in Vientiane."

"日系ホテル以外では珍しい、日本式のシャワートイレ（東南アジア式のシャワーの蛇口を自分で下に運ぶタイプでなく、TOTOのウォシュレット）が付いていたのが特に良かったです。その他のサービスや設備も、空港送迎があり、朝食のビュッフェは種類が多く味も良く、衛生や外観も良く、高級ホテルにふさわしいものでした。ただ石鹸やトイレットペーパーのような消耗品は、日本のビジネスホテル並みに、余裕を持って予備を置いてもらった方がよいと思いました（海外のホテルでは、少なめにしか置いてないことは時々あるので、私は予備を持参していましたが）。"

"From the check in to the check out, the staffs were very nice, helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. The restaurant area is very clean and the food was excellent and delicious. The only place that I have eaten that doesn’t cause my stomach ache because the food is stored properly before cooking. I love this place even though the room is a little small. I will definitely staying here again if I am visiting Vientiane Laos again."

"Great location and clean hotel. Hotel noise from the building (not from guests) was annoying. Not many choices for breakfast. Staff was kind and check-in easy."

"This aging hotel definitely requires some improvements on the overall appearance of the room, such as simple light fixture, clean shower curtain, clean cushions for the chairs and new painting for bathroom wall. Luckily the room is spacious which makes it more comfortable to stay at. Breakfast is ok even though it has a simple menu. Staff members were friendly. "
