"Close to airport and zoo"

"We had a great stay. The hotel is located right on the beach with a great pool and very nice bartender. They also have a really nice restaurant attached to the hotel that has good food and was a fun place to hang out in the evenings. There are many other places to eat within walking distance. The rooms were clean and perfectly adequate for our family. The Continental breakfast was good, nothing special, but worth utilizing each morning, plus the ladies working in that area were delightful every...

"The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathtub had biogers stuck on the bottom of tub by drain, no kleenex or hand towels. The staff was amazing. Don't think i will stay here again, not worth the price."

"No microwave in room although they said we could request one. Also had to park for parking!"

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. Staff were nice. Had issues with doors hitting each other in the room. Had issues with shower temperature and diverter. One elevator stopped working and then the other one did also on checkout day. "

"I gave two stars because of the staff lady checking me in. She was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived early from a cruise, couldn’t get our room, and was told room before 1pm would cost $40. We had a handicap room and apparently the people before us had a late 12:00 checkout? I don’t believe they had just one handicap room in the entire hotel. I asked when can we expect then to get our room? She said probably 1pm. We saw the people check out and leave at 12:15. We finally got our room...
