"Staff was the highlight of the hotel"

"A very unique hotel. We stayed in the luxe villa with the open 4th wall. Be prepared for wildlife, mosquitoes, moths, birds to name a few. All manageable inside your canopied bed however. Views are stunning, bring your camera for early morning and late evening photo opportunities. I would suggest 3/4 nights is optimal here, given the menu etc. Just my opinion."

"The hotel and the pools were great! The vibe staff do an amazing job keeping the vibes at the pool enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and always clean. The beach is very small but it was nice to have the water sports equipment free to use. My only feedback would be about the food. The steakhouse and Tex mex restaurants were great, the buffet was mediocre at best. Food selection felt random and menu was not cohesive.
