"Hotel is well located and the room had a nice view unfortunately that’s where it ended. Service was very limited and the room was only generally clean, Was “greeted” by an uninterested person at the front desk who just directed their eyes ti the self check in - message received. There were bits of garbage from guests in corners and the daily cleaning was only ever partial, with always something forgotten . And when laying on one of the beds these insect bites appeared on my legs. Switched to the other bed it stopped happening. All in all nice location , but that’s about it - and would have expected a bit more for the price."

"Ce petit hôtel est super bien situé dans le vieux Quebec. La chambre que nous avons eu était située au 5ieme étage; très petite mais super propre et confortable. Ce qui n’est pas à négliger, c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. De plus, les places de stationnement sont limitées. S’il est plein, vous devez vous stationner au parking public à quelques minutes de marche. Le petit déjeuner est un buffet et assez complet. Cependant, la salle est petite."

"Best location as a visitor to move around the best spot of Quebec City and old Quebec. Then the front desk was very helpful, since it’s raining hard we try to check in early and she let us check in since the room is already available. Kudos for her! very good customer service! Everything was excellent, We had an amazing stay!"

"No snacks or water bottles on property. Make sure you book a king suite as “double” suite bed not much bigger than a single bed so quite Uncomfortable for 2 people. Shower stall (with clear glass) directly in bedroom so if you want privacy inquire about room first because you won’t get privacy. But "
