"Brand new modern hotel. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, nice amenities, amazing staff. Great location. There’s no parking on the premises, but just a short distance to a couple of parking lots.
It was surprising to find out that there is no room cleaning/ maintenance while staying unless you request it and there’s a fee of $35 for the service and bed making.
A recommendation to the property manager would be to signal the light switches around the rooms; due to the dark walls and ambiance it is...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Acadia. The location was terrific—within walking distance of so many wonderful sights. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed breakfast and loved the overall character of the hotel. Our room at the top of the spiral staircase was clean, spacious, and full of charm, though it might pose a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The atmosphere, along with small touches like coffee, chocolates, and mints, were much appreciated."

"We love the smaller boutique hotels and this was perfect for us. Great location, a short walk to many of places we wanted to explore. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for us but I could see it being a problem for others that we sometimes travel with. I look forward to returning next summer!"

"ROOM: I had the queen bed signature room higher floor facing the garden. Perfect for a quiet room. The wonderful night activities in the Parc George -V and Grande Allee, is not heard. I loved the 2nd heater in the bathroom. Easy to use and nice to have. The Oneka hair and body care products are great. They moisturizers my skin and hair . They are in pump dispensers, mounted on the wall , making it convenient , keeping the area clean and out of the way. The only thing is, I wish there were more...

The room was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Sink is in the main room, which is very small, and you have to pull the bed down from the ceiling (we just left it down for the entire stay) but if you want to use the table, it’s under the bed. "The room was very clean , comfortable and modern. There was a nice kitchen . You could walk to everything in Quebec from the hotel. The only issue was the router went off line for 2 days over the weekend but was fixed by the 3d day. Access to the room is digital so in the third day we had to call to get a code to access the room."
