"Good place to stay for the money and they have great breakfast!"

"TV in the room did not work, door to the room did not open with the card and had to get three replacements."

"Hotel had alot of workers from out of town. Breakfast was ok.. didn’t use the facilities, which i wish i did.. walking into the room a sensed a smell of urine.. i told the maintenance man and he did something to mask the smell.. bed was very comfortable.. be careful bottled water in lobby is $5.00 per bottle.. holy smokes.. crazy.. all in all hotel was fine."

"I had roaches in my room and was denied a refund for checking out one day early because of this. I didn’t plan on having bugs!!! Refund policy should not have applied in this situation. Not my fault I should not be denied a refund. I will be going further with this denied refund request!"

"The staff very helpful. When we got to the room the remote was missing I contacted the front desk and they responded immediately and fixed the problem. But I had to unplug the tv every time I turned it on to get the TV guide. The bed was ok but kind of had a springy fell to it."

"The front desk people were great. Breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable except for the couch bed were my son had to sleep. It was torn and stained looked really gross fir the price we paid wasn't happy. Also half of the building was closed down from a fire 2 weeks prior. It smelled like smoke in hotel and rooms. Kids couldn't use pool because it was green and dirty. Again the staff was great "

"Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend."

"Clean but pool was under construction and I wasn't allowed to get my money back to change hotels because I went through Expedia. Only reason I picked this hotel was because of the pictures of the pool and my kids couldn't use it."
