He arranged for us to have a coffee and custard brioche as we had missed breakfast that morning due to an early start. Parking is free and easy to find. The hotel picks you up and takes you into the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure we needed to leave very early and they had a full breakfast ready for us and gave us a ride back to our car with no problem at all.
The location at the edge of the cliff is absolutely stunning and the views are unparalleled.

The staff were super helpful reaching out prior to check in to coordinate arrival but also shared many great links to current events, restaurants, things to do etc. The room and shower were lovely, clean and spacious. The location could not have been better. Just at the top of the Sassi so easy to get to one of the main boulevards with many restaurants in the new section overlooking the Sassi as well as the Sassi itself. Parking was not available...
