My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. Quando fomomos tomar banho, tivemos que aguardar alguns minutos até que a água começasse a esquentar e numa força bem fraca. Para gerenciar a agua quente, quando esquentou, tivemos que manusear durante o banho a água fria (ou ficava muito quente com uma forca da água fraca ou gelada com quantidade média). "

"They told me to write them or call them 48h before the checkin to receive the checkin information. They never answered so I went on the checkin day to the property, the guy at the building did not know who I was or which appartment I reserved. He did also not have the checkin information. They did not reply the whole day, neither mail or telephone, so I could not enter the room and had to find another hotel in the evening after hours of waiting in the lobby of the building... most ridiculous and...
