"Beautiful clean room"

"Amazing bar and cocktails, location next to old town entrance, lots of restaurants near by, can’t go wrong with this choice, rooms spacious and comfortable , needs improvement with pillows."

"The place was amazing. The staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. They really helped me with my 3 days in Budapest. They had towel warmers in the bathroom and even a shoehorn The breakfast was big with a lot of choices, unfortunately not a lot of American type breakfast food. I mean salami and oiled vegetablesIt was all good, just different. The only complaint was the carpet in the halls and room was modern to the point of extreme. "Hotel in perfect location. Attractions walkable distance. Lots of eating places. Hotel room very nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast, lot of variety. Bus 100E from airport to city center, hotel approx 7mins walk to hotel. Would definitely stay here again, 5 star."

"Beautiful hotel, 1st class amenities, great food, attentive staff in lobby and restaurant. I would give this 5 stars but we had a bag of small items and jewelry we had purchased at gift shops stolen from our room (probably cleaning staff) leaving the experience tainted."

"Great location for sites. However, staff were not helpful when asking any questions or friendly at check-in. Had to have windows open to cool since cooling system was not on yet. Remodeling was going on in the hotel so you occasionally had paint odors or had to walk thru areas under work. "
