"Probably my favorite hotel stay ever! So well located, wedged between the St Pierre Cathedral and the Chateau Saumur, near loads of restaurants and shops. After a stressful drive from Bordeaux, what a relief to be welcomed by this front desk, our car parked for us. And our room: what a surprise! So elegantly decorated and spacious! "Si certains aspects extérieurs et parties communes ont besoin d'un rafraichissement, la chambre de catégorie confort que j'avais prise, était refaite à neuf avec des équipements de qualité, et des peignoirs et serviettes en nids d'abeille, une rareté! "Stayed one night. In my opinion, this property does not match the level of quality I usually associate with Best Western hotels in the US. The room felt outdated and could have been cleaner. The carpet was quite dirty, and the curtain was partially off the window when we arrived.. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious, there was plenty of street parking nearby, and the reception staff were very kind and welcoming."
