"Room was okay, well equipped. The hotel is situated in an industrial area with no transport, one is stranded there with no place to go, unless by taxi or Uber which are expensive options. With regards to the "spa" - you have to book an appontment for the pool, for which there is a 12 euro charge for 90 minutes. The restaurant was closed as apparently there were not enough guests to warrant it being open. The staff were amazing, but doesn't make up for the lack of amenities. I would not stay there again."

"Beautiful historic hotel on the edge of Chateauneuf du Pape with easy access to the village and local wineries. The room was lovely with sweeping views of the vines and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend. "

"We have a great 3 night stay. The receptionists were very pleasant and spoke English as well. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Breakfast was top notch, with many options available. It's also surrounded by restaurants and close to a shopping mall. Would book a room here again for future visits to Avignon."
