One pillow on each bed which was small, soft and thin making an uncomfortable night - maybe we could have got more from Reception but we were on the 7th floor. The room temperature in the room was 40 degrees in the first night and 34 degrees in the second. No air condition.I made a complaint to the personal but they didn't do anything, Just to be in contact with you! I want to get my money back. Their customer service knows about this.
