"The area did not feel safe. Lobby door was locked at 3PM in the afternoon and you had to be let in by staff. Front desk asked for a cash deposit to ensure you returned linens. Room smelled of mildew."

The closer area was not conducive to hanging long items such as dresses. In the room alone so had to use the second to lay out my dresses. Poor room not worthy of the amount paid."

"Manager was very rude, she refused to accept my confirmed reservation through hotels.com. She wanted me to literally pay for another reservation. She finally accepted it but charged me a fee. Incredibly rude. I will never stay at this facility again. "
