"When booking this room it indicated there was a 24 hour reception. However when I got to the hotel in the evening, the door was locked and no one appeared when I rang what looked like a buzzer. It was dark and there was a photo on the door indicating that a sister property was 100 metres away. I could not find the other property based on the photo provided. I eventually found it after wondering down the wrong streets. The instructions on the door should have read to cross the intersection...
