"Booked a room with a ‘fully equipped’ kitchen - it had nothing in the cupboards and reception refused to provide any kettle, cups etc as advertised so couldn’t even make a cup of tea! Left jacket in wardrobe but housekeeping didn’t hand it in and reception not helpful - wouldn’t even check with staff ..."
