"The room was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful view of the castle. The shower was amazing with four shower heads. We enjoyed the generous breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn’t like the dinner. The soup and meat was cold and was served so fast that it seemed like it was prepared in advance. "

"Great hotel directly across the street from the central train station, which is not only a convenient way to travel to/from Napoli, but also to get back & forth to the tourist sites in the area, such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Reggia di Caserta, all of which we visited and enjoyed. We had a spacious, comfy corner room with small balconies and views of the piazza. Everything in the room was wonderful, although the bed was very hard, which messed with my husband's back a bit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went the extra mile to help out with a special request. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. There is a pretty decent gym with enough equipment to get the job done, though it gets no air flow and it gets very warm in there, fyi. Nice to sweat a bit in the winter though! "

"The bed was not comfortable and air conditioning was not working as apparently there is some law that in Italy that they can't turn on air conditioning during the winter. We had to open the windows at night and it was too noisy. Breakfast was average also. "
