"Hotel veramente ben organizzato, pulito, efficiente e con personale gentilissimo. Parcheggio senza problemi, check in veloce e camere tipo business ben tenere doce non manca veramente nulla. Colazione top ... senza eccedere ma con tutto quello che serve con ottima qualità. Prima volta che trovo nel bagno di servizio della hall deodorante personale, accessori per barba etc. All'entrata della hall tavolo con frutta, brioches, dolcetti e acqua a disposizione dei clienti. Bravissimi!"

"The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were quiet at night without any appreciable noise. Some of the staff were very friendly and others were less so. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Their laundry service was very good. The parking was a bit tight in the front of the hotel. Lovely dual-aspect room with superb views across rooftops to the old clock tower and to the other side of the valley. "It is next to the motorway but that didn't stop us sleeping. It is very basic but clean and friendly. We had a room at the top. Initially we are given an upgrade to a room with a sauna but someone had been smoking in it. After breakfast on two days we spent a lovely time on the terrace with me playing on my computer and my wfe painting. Not far the motorway! Served us well"

"Due to problems with the German train system, we had to stop in Bologna for the night. We arrived at 1:50 am. The man who came to the door was so polite and considerate. The lobby was spotless, check-in was simple, the room was smartly designed, plenty of towels and amenities in the bathroom, and the shower was fabulous.
