"When I purchased the room it had different pictures of the studio. It never said that the red couch in the living room was sofá couch and that's where you would sleep. It said it had one bedroom , and it still does , there is no bedroom . The bed was a pull out bed from the couch . When I got to the room , there was no sofá couch. I messaged the owner and they said it was an error from Expedia. Ihave pictures to show as proof of what I booked. They charged me about 400 dollars a night which is...

"Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you."

"We enjoyed the Bologna house. It was high up on the hill and could only get there by taxi or bus. Very seldom were we able to find an available taxi and the bus just drove past where we stayed. When we called the property manager and said we were having trouble getting rides, he hung up on us. Property was nice but not a place I would return to."

"One of the nicest hotels I think I’ve ever stayed at, and the staff went above and beyond to help. My husband left his sunglasses in the restaurant and while we were waiting for the ferry they actually sent them down with a shuttle for him, which was so helpful because we were going to Bellagio for a couple days. The pool is stunning. It was so nice. There’s very few places with pools there so it was great to sit out there in the afternoon. It was so hot. We didn’t eat there so I’m not sure...

"Staff was exceptional as was the room, view and grounds. only issue was the shuttle. we tried calling and messaging but no one responded so we walked from the train station. Walking was fine, not responding to phone calls or whatsapp was not. "
