Hotel Keluarga di Villa Park

"There should be free breakfast as well as parking"

"The property was amazing, clean, well organized, had everything the site said it had. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind, helpful, informative, and went above and beyond. You do have to pay eight dollars a day for parking, and the breakfast has a fee, and your deposit at the beginning of your stay is 100 not 50 like usual. But it works well because you can use it to pay for your breakfast or dinner. I absolutely love this property would most certainly return."

"Breakfast is good. The furniture is good"

"We arrived late to town, went up to drop some things in the room and immediately went down to have my room changed. I saw pests upon entry. Was given another room and it was smaller than we paid for, so I went back to get the room size I reserved or a refund. Was finally given the appropriate room. Was told we would get ihg points for the inconvenience and that was never recieved. I then asked for late checkout and was told no since I didn't book direct."
