"Had to change rooms because the floor in the bathroom has sticky stuff all over it, plus hair in the shower. The elevator sounds like a rocket ship, so no matter what room you have, you can hear it going up or down. Other than that, it has great views!"

"Don’t book through Expedia, I had to leave my vacation early because I had to rush my travel companion to the ER as they were struggling to breathe. Great hotel, just don’t book through Expedia. You will have problems."
