"Great stay overall, close to Six Flags, comfortable room, and modern decor. I had room 510, which I had requested top floor which was provided, it was a 2 queen, with comfortable beds, it was clean, and at check in staff was friendly and efficient! The room was quiet too. I liked how breakfast was until 10am, and there was a lot to choose from, everything was great, including 2 choices of waffle flavors, and blueberries and strawberry's! There were a few negatives, including BOTH plugs between the bed not working and the shower gel was nearly empty. I liked how the shower head was mounted high although the shower gel/shampoo being mounted so high would likely make it difficult for a child to use. I liked how they provided 2 bars of soap! Overall, it was a great stay. Check out is 11am, in morning I asked if I could check out at noon, but the best they could offer was 11:30am. The pool area outside looks great but I didn't use it but is open until 10pm! "

"The room felt clean but we had roaches in our room. Made me not want to eat breakfast so we went with packaged items. Otherwise a pleasant place to stay while passing through. "

"Enjoyed my staff. The clerks at the desk all were very pleasant from checking in to checking out. The clerk that checked me in on Saturday 4/4/26 around 1pm was awesome. The housekeeping attendant (Black female) that was cleaning rooms on the 2nd floor around 12:30pm near my room 223 took the time out to help me put on my necklace. The breakfast was excellent and Doral made sure every thing was good. Always a Hilton fan but the Holiday Inn Express Hotels has a new customer."

"This was our third time staying at this hotel, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. The amenities are great, everything is clean and quiet, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I especially love the sign when you walk in that says “Welcome Home, take a breath”—it really sets the tone, along with the fresh, inviting smell throughout the hotel. The location is also a big plus, being so close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!"

"Pros: This hotel had a good breakfast, friendly staff, clost to everything you need as far as food and shopping. Cons: the room was fine but had a light smell like someone had a pet in it.( maybe they can designate certain rooms for guest with pets). Other than that this is our go to place to stay. We travel to the area once a month."
