"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das Auto kann man gegen Gebühr ins Parkhaus bringen lassen, die Lage ist sehr zentral in sicherer Umgebung. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zur Straßenseite, daher etwas lauter aber alles im Rahmen des Erwartbaren."

"It's a nice hotel near the harbour and the city centre can be easily reached by public transportation or car. Staff is very helpful and friendly, spoke good English, as well. A buffet style breakfast had a good variety of food, in overall it is proportional with It's price and star rating. Actually its beach is a small cliff which is probably not suitable for swimming, however it's beautiful. In summary, we had a really positive experience as a family with a 13 years old boy. "The staff there was amazing. Andraina was the front desk girl and she was super helpful. She told us what restaurants were good. She would have his cars booked when we needed them. The housekeeper was great. She gave us some Mass to take to us when we went on our cruise ship and I cannot forget about Jovanna. She was the one in the restaurant that would make us fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. She danced and dance to my husband for his birthday. Just a lovely lady. I highly recommend...
