"We had come back from Lake Como and prefer Stresa 100% mainly due to location of hotel. Central for ferries and restaurants. Breakfast was very good but mostly the staff. They were all professional and very responsive."

Breakfast included freshly brewed coffee with different types of bread with jam, butter, and hazelnut spread, as well as a plate of granola with yogurt—a wonderful way to start the day. "Stanza non adeguata al livello dell’hotel. Umida e fredda, se si spegneva l’aria condizionata si bagnava il soffitto. Abbiamo dormito in lenzuola completamente umide. Dovevamo pernottare solo una notte, altrimenti avrei richiesto un cambio stanza. Disponibilità ma non troppa: abbiamo richiesto di poter lasciare l’auto nel parcheggio anche dopo il check-out ma ci è stato negato per l’arrivo di altri ospiti, peccato che il check-in è alle 15 e noi l’avremmo ripresa alle 14."

Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend, mehrsprachig und hatte immer ein nettes Wort sowie ein Lächeln für die Gäste. Auch das Frühstücksbuffett hat uns gut gefallen. Top. Weiter so. "We loved our stay here. A beautiful, old style property with beautiful gardens, lovely old furnishings with lots of artwork on the walls. Phenomenal views from the rooftop area, which is sadly underutilized. Great lake views from many of the rooms. 20 minute walk into Stresa along a lovely walkway on the lake edge. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommended"

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff: lovely, helpful, welcoming, it was one of the best stays we’ve experienced. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and above all, our deep gratitude to the owner, Renzo. The hotel is right across Villa Fedora park and beach, and the view from the room was fantastic. Our room was clean and kept so everyday, breakfast was delicious (with lots of choices). Definitely recommend!"

"Great hotel! I stayed here with my dad during the Oceanman event. The location is perfect, as it's only a few meters from the start area of the Half Oceanman race. We received a very warm welcome, and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The pizza was delicious, light, and well prepared.
