"Me gusta visitar mucho Wisconsin con mi familia y siempre a sido una estancia agradable, en este hotel, pero esta vez fue diferente. estábamos en la piscina y según tengo entendido cierran a las 11 de la noche. Esta vez faltaban 10 minutos para las 11 cuando apagaron las luces y mi familia y yo estábamos en ella. Nos tocó buscar nuestras cosas en lo oscuro y ni siquiera el empleado nos dejó saber que se iba a cerrar unos minutos antes. Pienso que deberían por lo menos dejar saber que uno tiene que salir antes deberían las 10:50. No que dicen que cierran a las 11 pm"

"Not much personality of Gal at Checkout. Gal checking in not good at recommending a place to go for Ice Cream , looked up on phone & too far after traveling 300 mile today. So we found I Hop across the way a block walk on our own. Sounds like don’t even know the area Poor service!! Had to tell Breakfast Gal the one only reg coffee was empty. Dah spend a lot time talking to someone in Kitchen. Again poor service"
