"Hotel over booked did not get refund for reduction for room. Mgr was not empathetic and blamed expedia. Everyone outside of Jessic was curteous and helpful. Expedia does not believe in accountibily and would not allow me a name the admin that ruined a portion of my vacation."

"There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly...

"Convenient location was about all this hotel had going for it. The room was NOT clean what so ever. Booked a suite, the couch looked like it had been pulled straight out of someone’s trash, there was a used condom on the floor (the staff ended up coming into the room to get it out and disinfect as I had young kids stay with me), the fridge worked at all of 10% and didn’t keep anything cold, and there were several broken items in the room. "The overall cost for this hotel was good for what it had to offer and the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms liens were clean but my room floor was dirty as if the room floor wasn’t swept or mopped due to previous check out."

"The rooms were very large. The facility was clean and quiet with a lovely breakfast available included in the cost of your room. The pool was clean and enjoyed a lot by the children. The outside grounds are well maintained .The best part they allow pets for a $40.00 deposit unless they are service dogs then they are not allowed I would easily give this facility 5 stars!"
