"Spa was good, restaurants are good and food too, amenities are nice, air conditioning in the room was very loud all night long, woke me up several times, staff at the pool were not properly trained, we were asked to spell tequila and Chardonnay several times. "

"More options for vegan, dairy free or vegetarian needed on the dinner menu Our bathroom ceiling leaked and needed repairs 3 times in 24 hrs, including 3 am ceiling panels crashing down and breaking in a soggy mess all over. They repaired things, but no effort to discount for our struggle or anything"

"El hotel excelente, muy limpio, buena ubicación, lo único que cuando llegamos el recepcionista dijo que no podía hablar español, me pareció extraño, porque es un hotel y tendría que saber más de 3 idiomas, pero luego nos dimos cuenta que con nosotros se hizo el que no podía porque estaba hablando después español con su compañera, ahhh y la señora que hace la limpieza excelentísima"

"Stayed here for one night as a pit stop. I stayed at 2 other Hilton’s on my trip that were amazing. This one was just ok.. I was under the impression from another booking site that there was a hot tub but it’s no longer there and appears to have been filled in (see pics) Pool was supposed to be heated too but was really cold and dirty! A lot of bugs in the pool and around it.. room was fine but only like 3 channels on tv. Wouldn’t stay here again. "
