"Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. "The up keep on the hotel went down. The televisons were not consistantly operatable, the rooms smelt moldly. The only lounge area is around the pool, and the pool was down the whole week. After everyday we were told the next day it would be working. It was very fustrating considering we had small children and thats one of the reasons, we pick this hotel. The beds were uncomfortable, and ac units are out dated for this weather. This place is no longer family friendly for a vacation."

"I don’t understand how I could be charged an early check-in fee without anyone mentioning it at the front desk. In all the years I’ve stayed at hotels, I’ve always been informed of any additional charges before they were applied.
I do not agree to pay a fee that was never disclosed to me. This morning, I asked the gentleman at the front desk what the charge was for, and he told me it was for the amenitiesnot for an early check-in.

"Our room was clean, stylish and quiet. So quiet in fact, we slept until 10 a.m. In the most comfortable beds with wonderful pillows. We missed breakfast the first morning! We received text messages asking if we needed anything throughout our stay and the front desk staff was very friendly. Truly, one of the best nights sleep we’ve had in a hotel. We will be traveling back through in a month, already booked our stay. Great hotel!"
