"We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others."

"Alles in allen ist das Hotel Top, Personal von der Rezeption, Restaurant bis zum Zimmerservice, alles Makelos und Super!!! Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Restaurant, hatte 3 Mal Abend für 18 EURO gegessen, gute Auswahl bis hin zu den Bars, alles Perfekt. Das Hotel kann ich nur bestens Empfehlen."

"We love staying in the old town area.pf benidorm amd this was perfect 2 minute walk into the centre for shopping ,bars and food. the beach just as close. The room was lovely we had a double bed, walk in shower. Microwave and fridge freezer. We had a late flight and didnt arrive at the hotel until 1 am, very friendly staff and the desk is manned 24hr but need to ring if arriving after 9pm. Throughly enjoyed our holiday and we will definitely be staying at this hotel/ apartment again. "

"Estuvimos alojados en este hotel durante las Navidades y la experiencia fue muy buena. El personal fue siempre muy agradable y atento, y las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas. Destacamos especialmente la habitación familiar, situada en la primera planta, algo muy cómodo cuando se viaja con niños y carros, ya que evitamos tener que usar el ascensor, que suele estar siempre lleno y resulta imprescindible en estos casos. "I was extremely impressed with this property especially for the price. We had the one bedroom apartment but due to its layout it felt like a 2 bedroom which was perfect for us. Location was great. Room was spotless. Really couldn’t have asked for more. "

"The hotel is situated right in the centre of the old town. It's up an incline, which can be a bit of an issue if you're not fit (or you're drunk). The room was spotless, basic, although no hot drinks station (you can get one at the bar downstairs) or ironing facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and will do anything they can to help you out. Only one power socket in the room (additional one in the bathroom), so make sure you consider this when booking."
