"This was the perfect family holiday. Chia Laguna - Hotel Village is perfect for families with young kids. The staff and kids club were just brilliant. Great food on the half board basis, good size room with nice bathrooms and really comfy beds. Property is well looked after and the pools and beach are fantastic. Would recommend and would definitely return for an easy, fun and relaxing family trip. "

"Sono stata all’hotel Castello,struttura bella,camera un po’piccola,ma moderna L’hotel inserito in un giardino spettacolare,si mangia bene (anche al buffet),personale molto disponibile e cortese ,spettacoli serali belli anche con cantanti famosi ,possibilità di fare sport di ogni genere (anche se non ne ho usufruito) Insomma si sta bene al forte village ,unico neo la spiaggia !!! Difficile trovare ombrellone la settimana di ferragosto Su questo dovete lavorarci ! Non si possono pagare tutti...

Disgraceful customer service The Conrad then offered us a room at their sister hotel (Bai di Chia) but at a rate that was £1000 more expensive than i could secure myself directly.... "Beautiful place. Everything worked. Staff were great. Good breakfast. The only negative was the lack of arrival instructions at the gate. We had a difficult time getting in and then out due to an apparently finicky gate mechanism. "
