Everything about the Artiem was great, firstly the service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble, the style & ambience is relaxing & very well maintained. The facilities including the gym & spa were of a very high level. Unfortunately it was a little cold to use the outside pool but it looked very tempting. Breakfasts are excellent & other meals are flexible either a sharing plate or an ala carte meal. We liked the Artiem so much we extended our stay & would definitely recommend.

This is an outstanding property in an absolutely gorgeous location! The scenery is fantastic! We found the staff to be extremely helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel contemporáneo con mucho buen gusto y atención al detalle. Los cuidados con el medio ambiente y la sostenibilidad son de destacar, así como la responsabilidad social de la empresa Artiem, integrando en el staff personas con necessidades especiales y valorando sus individuos. Equipo bastante respectuoso, desayuno variado, on demand y con ingredientes de mucha calidad. Sobretodo, a señalar: el foco en sports, el spa, su oferta de duchas y todo el outdoors con la zona de la piscina.

Highly recommend
This hotel is fabulous; the stay, the staff, the facilities, the food and the location to the several small villages to visit nearby. Easy to get to and to park. The gym is the best I've seen in a hotel. Thanks to all the staff for their attention to detail to make our stay the best.

Book it, you will be very happy with the choice!
Very modern and clean hotel with amazing spa and customer service. Ruth at the reception desk attended us and she did everything in her power to make our stay unforgettable! She even put together a route for us to see Picos de Europa. We tried the restaurant for dinner but I was not impressed and it is quite pricey.

Absolutely beautiful location and property! Every member of the ARTIEM Asutrias team was friendly and professional and welcoming. It was a perfect, relaxing stay -- truly top notch. Excellent dinner, too! Wish I could've stayed longer!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Atriem Hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located near many popular attractions and landmarks. Buen sitio para hacer un alto en el camino.
Estancia de una noche, camino del destino final. Bonito hotel con una buena habitación e instalaciones. Me atrevería a sugerir que en los casos en los que no se da una gran ocupación, en el comedor sería interesante disponer de una zona para tomar algo o comer, más intima y no tan grande. Limpieza y atención puntúan con notable alto

MAGNÍFICO en todos los sentidos
Hotel muy top con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar. La habitación super amplia, muy bien equipada y en excelente estado de mantenimiento y limpieza. La cama, de 2x2, comodísima. Tienen un spa muy completo y con todo funcionando perfectamente. Es muy recomendable probarlo si tienes la ocasión. Por último, el trato del personal es, simplemente, inmejorable. Creo recordar que nos atendió Víctor en recepción. 10 de 10!

No se como se asigna la categoria de estrellas a los hoteles,pero Artiem no parece un hotel de 5 estrellas. Aunque en general todo ha sido correcto, la habitación estandar me parece pequeña, y la piscina también. Aunque nos dijeron antes de llegar que tenian servicio de alquiler de bicicletas, lo que hacian era ponerte en contacto con una empresa de Gijón, que cuando llegamos las tenia todas ocupadas.

Muchas gracias Ana por compartir su opinión. Sentimos que su experiencia con nosotros no haya sido del todo satisfactoria. Nos gustaría comentarle que el tamaño de las habitaciones entra dentro de las medidas fijadas por el Reglamento de hoteles de 5 estrellas y con respecto a la piscina, como bien indica nuestra página web es de 25 metros. Por otro lado en ningún sitio tenemos reflejado que dispongamos de bicicletas para alquilar, pero nuestro departamento de Recepción les puede ayudar a gestionar cualquier actividad, entradas, etc... que el cliente demande. Al no ser un servicio del hotel, no podemos (salvo reserva previa al día de llegada), asegurar en plena temporada alta que la empresa de alquiler tenga bicicletas disponibles. Ojalá vuelvan a elegirnos para darnos la opción de mejorar su impresión. Atentamente. Begoña Aguirre.

We loved it. Be sure to pay a little extra and get the spa pass. All of the pools and jets are great. We had excellent service and wonderful meals.

Excelente opción para visitar Gijón y Villaviciosa
Estancia de 3 noches con desayuno y acceso al SPA incluidos. Buena ubicación en un entorno rural a medio camino entre Villaviciosa y Gijón y a pocos kilómetros de las instalaciones de golf de Gijón. Tres playas a 15 minutos en coche. El hotel dispone de instalaciones muy nuevas y bien conservadas, incluyendo un bar, con servicio de comida a base de raciones y bocadillos o sandwiches y un restaurante bastante bien cualificado. El SPA es pequeño pero dispone de todas las instalaciones habituales en este tipo de servicios. Cuando hicimos uso de las mismas, en ningún momento hubo un número de personas que hiciesen incomoda el disfrute de las mismas. El desayuno muy bien surtido de salado y de dulce así como de bebidas. Los platos calientes se sirven a petición. Las habitaciones amplias, confortables y acústicamente muy bien aisladas. El único pero, la temperatura excesiva en todas las instalaciones, tanto habitación como estancias comunes.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly, breakfast outstanding,playa de Nora 4 km from hotel, definitely worth a visit . Very accessible near motorway and close to Gijon. Overall a great place to stop on our trip of north spain.
