"What a gem of a find, we stayed for one night whilst travelling from England to Spain. We was warmly greeted on arrival and went straight into the pool after a very long day. The host then prepared a fantastic 3 course home cooked meal with wine. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfy, with a wonderful views over the vineyards. "Bel hôtel joliment décoré et la chambre était très bien pour la famille (2 pièces; l’une avec 2 lits simples l’autre avec un très grand lit). Le personnel a été très accueillant et serviable pendant notre séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Il est facile de se rendre à pied à la cité médiévale en quelques minutes. Pour de bon marcheurs, il est aussi possible de se rendre à pied au Pont vieux où il y a une belle vue de la cité médiévale et au canal du midi. Le déjeuner (15 euros/personne)...

This quiet little corner of Carcassone was so close to the walled city, yet was beautiful to stay at, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the pool was a fantastic spot to cool off in the afternoon. Plus, the decor of the rooms was fantastic (our was hot pink and orange). Could not have been happier with our stay at Hotel Montmorency!"

"Breakfast was prepared to order with eggs, bacon, breads/croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, etc. Relaxed setting on the terrace. Only 7 rooms. Felt very well taken care of. Extremely attentive staff. High quality in every sense. "
