Hotel murah di Villemagne

"Réservation faite avec Expedia 1 adulte 1 enfant de 10 ans , petits déjeuners inclus. Une erreur a été commise puisque l'enfant n'a pas été pris en compte. Ma fille a dû repayé le petit déjeuner et l'hôtel ment en disant qu'elle n'a payé que la taxe locale x 2 alors qu'elle ne s'applique pas aux mineurs. Une honte de ne pas prendre ses responsabilités !!!"

"You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"Kleines Hotel, dem die Renovierung gut getan hat. Die Dachterrasse war ca 2x2m groß, reicht aber für ein schönes Foto von der unverbauten Aussicht auf die Cite von Carcassonne. Kleiner, liebevoller Garten mit leckerem Frühstück."

"Un excellent moment passé au sein de cette magnifique chambre d'hôte. Nathalie et son mari sont au petit soin, à la recherche du détail qui compte. La maison est grande et spacieuse, la chambre magnifique avec un lit très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la quiétude du lieu... Le soir nous avons eu le plaisir de nous joindre à la table d'hôte concoctée maison avec une grande majorité de produits bio... Vraiment je ne peux que conseiller le Grenier Occitan pour une pause serène...

"Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

"Staff were fantastic and friendly, always had time to answer questions or give tips about places to visit. Room was to a nice standard however the mattress was extremely worn on one side of the bed. Nice Continental breakfast every morning helped set the day up"

"The manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming and so obviously love running a hotel and making guests feel at home. The room is spacious and pristine which must take a ton of effort because parts of the hotel infrastructure are a bit worn down and could do with a renovation. The welcome biscuits were a nice touch although I sadly have a dairy intolerance so could not eat them but the other member of my party sniffled them up. The aircon is a must especially with it being 40C outside. It...

"We visited for a weekend from the UK to attend a wedding in the area. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. Lovely breakfast and everything spotlessly clean. Air con was much appreciated during a very hot weekend. The only disappointment was that the pool was dirty and poorly maintained - I wasn’t even sure if it was open, the condition was so poor, with murky cloudy...
