"Before we arrived they tried to downgrade us several times. They would not take no for an answer and were very rude. When we did arrive they were no better at check in. There was no bottled water in the room. No kettle or tea making facilities. No welcome amenities. WiFi does not work. For the car parking you have to enter a code to access. But they change the code every few hours and don’t tell you. So every time you return you have to leave your car at the front then walk to reception...

"The Moxy is super convenient if you need to stay at the airport. It has decent food, the staff was friendly and the space was fun. It is probably better suited for younger folks or solo travelers. The dining setup is focused on the bar, plays loud music and doesn't have a ton of family-style seating. The room was spacious for Paris. We found it pretty dingy, not unclean necessarily but tired. "I wish there was a way to score negative integers. It was so bad. We arrived at 1am and the guy took forever to check us in, then despite not telling me nor asking and despite booking was prepaid it wrote down my credit card number with the ccv number which is a violation of anti fraud rules for card data handling.
