Great to one night
The owner manager Eric is great and very keen to help with anything. Disappointed with no daily room service as we stayed for 3 nights, poor quality small towels never changed and difficult to dry after using them for showers & no air-conditioning in the room. Breakfast at 8 euros each was also disappointing compared with other hotels we stayed at on our journey around France. Beer and soft drinks available after 4pm when using the patio which was pleasant sat in the sun. No licence to sell wine though. A quiet place unless the swimming pool and garden next door has children playing then it can be quite noisy. Great to stay 1 night though if travelling through but not more in our opinion.

Great place to stay in Villeneuve-sur-Lot
Very nicely renovated local hotel, with lot of personality and extremely friendly staff. Don't miss it !

Do not judge from outside, Great value
This is a hotel of two surprises. When you park outside the hotel you think "oh no, I could not possibly stay here". But when you step inside you think "wow, this nice" and it keeps getting better. This is the first surprise. The second surprise is that you get sssoooo much value for your money, about $88 euros including breakfast for two. Renovated clean. The welcome from the owner and the ongoing service was truly outstanding. Trust the restaurant recommendations in the room info folder. That would be the third surprise.

Eric, the owner, polite and extremely courteous. Home made foods at breakfast a real treat. Good facilities and reception for motorcyclists

Hôtel bien situé, a côté de la gare, 10 mn à pied du centre ville. Si vous êtes en voiture, stationnement facile et gratuit dans la rue devant l'hôtel. Chambres au calme, qui donnent sur un jardin, après avoir traversé une jolie terrasse. Décoration sympathique, personnel accueillant qui connait bien la région et ses produits.

Bonjour Monsieur, Nous regrettons votre note 1 étoile sur notre hôte qui ne résulte en rien d'un retour d'expérience sur votre séjour. Nous tenons donc à signaler à Expédia et aux voyageurs que cet avis est en fait une vengeance suite à l'application de frais d'annulation auprès de ce client qui a souhaité partir plus tôt que prévu. Bien sur ces frais, ainsi que la nuit passée dans notre hôtel, ont été payés au comptoir de réception en toute connaissance de cause par ce client. Enfin, celui-ci n'a pas souhaiter nous parler au téléphone suite à notre appel. Je compte sur l'intelligence de nos clients et des utilisateurs d'Expédia pour faire la part des choses. Cordialement. Un séjour de 5 nuitées s'est déroulé dans de parfaites conditions, propreté, acceuil, service et tarifs legers. Régalez-vous en prenant le petit déjeuné car il est proposé avec des yaourts et des confitures "faites maison". Très satisfait.
