"Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. "The hotel is in convenient location. Close to the motorway, shops and some good restaurants. Room for 4 was spacious. Air con working fine, shower hot and clean bedding. There was quite a strong smell from bathroom, we run water into every waste thinking it may be a hot weather and room being empty for some time, but smell didn't disappear. No lift in the hotel, so luggage is your problem. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Perfect for our 4 night stay. Made to feel welcome by the staff all of whom were very friendly and obliging. Although the restaurant was closed breakfast was available and had a good choice of breakfast items. There was a bar restaurant on the ground floor in which meals could be had. The spa area looked inviting but we didn't have time to try as we were out all day. The room was very comfortable with a small lounge area and comfortable beds. An excellent shower and toilet layout.
