"The location of this hotel is excellent. It was walking distance to all of the sights we wanted to see, with many of the more famous chocolate and waffle shops nearby to explore. There’s also some higher end shops for shopping as well. With the Expedia benefits we also had a room upgrade with a view and bottle of cava in our room which was a nice touch. Rooms were standard size for Europe, small but not cramped. They were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Brussels!"

"The room was clean, had a refrigerator, safe & coffee maker & supplies. They also had coffee maker and cold water in the lobby for us to use. You have to ask for the room to be serviced daily. The negative is that the room location was not good. You can hear the elevator going up and down all night. Also, no privacy because all the room in the back face a corridor and each other which meant you can’t open the curtain. The hotel is near shopping & food facilities. Walkable to the train central station, 17 min walk. Found places to eat, had my nails done, bought fresh fruits, laundry facilities near buy.. walkable. The staff is helpful."

"Very good location, close to public transport. Friendly and accommodating staff. Fast and efficient self check in and check out services. The rooms were well kept, had great air conditioning and decent shower. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the quality of food was excellent. The gym has a good selection of dumbbells, machines and cardio equipment. Would stay here again and I would recommend staying here."

"The hotel was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and professional. We heard the breakfast is amazing but for 20 euros a person this was more than we were willing to spend. Also the area Brussels Midi is not a good area, directly across from the train station and very sketchy and lots of homeless and people on drugs. We didn’t feel safe walking after dark. Also very dirty, lots of littering in the streets."
