"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"Stayed at Hôtel Des Arts Montmartre and absolutely loved it!! The staff exceeded our expectations — warm, welcoming and helpful in a genuine and effortless way. Located on a quiet side street in the heart of Montmartre, it was very walkable with easy access to both the bus and métro. Steps up to Sacré-Cœur Basilica are right at the end of the street! Guest rooms are compact, beautifully designed and spotless, and having a bathtub to soak in after long days exploring was a welcome treat. Felt...

"The Elsa is a great 4 star boutique hotel. It is very convenient to the metro and 2 blocks from The Arc de Triomph. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. We could not have asked for more."

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is superb, walking distance of 10-15 minutes to Eiffel Tower and 30 minutes away to Louvre. Breakfast is 20 euros per person. I think you can get better options outside as there are many nice restaurants / bakeries for fresh croissants (1.30/40 euros) out there. No AC (common in Europe), could be hot. At least we were for few nights. Overall, I recommend this boutique hotel for singles or couples."

"Stayed in a deluxe balcony room, and it was very nice. By far the largest hotel I've stayed in in Paris, with a separate room with couch, TV, plus roomy bedroom and bath. Balcony was so cute. Front desk man was very helpful and kind."
