"If you think the hotel is within walking distance of old town, be prepared to walk an hour one way. Hotel is also surrounded by construction. Cab cost is about 20 euro to take you to the bridge. Hotel itself is a bit run down. Pool hours are horrible 10:30-7. That means if you plan to use the pool you have little time to explore. The restaurnt food is not the best so wouldn’t recommend eating there. Better to walk 14min and eat by the river. The value is in a parking and restaurant being just...

"Such a lovely property! The grounds are beautiful and having a pool to use after a hot day of walking around is wonderful. We found our dinner in the restaurant to be excellent! Good breakfast buffet! The only slight downside is if you want to go into Florence every day, while they do offer a shuttle, it stops quite a walk from the centre of town and the schedule isn’t always convenient so we needed up taking taxis a lot which added up financially. "We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. "Top Hotel in ruhiger Lage und schönem ruhigem Pool. Es gibt einen Shuttle-Service in die Innenstadt. Frühstück wae sehr gut. Fahrräder kann man ebenfalls ausleihen, haben wir wegen der Hitze aber nicht gemacht. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!"

"This was easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in since arriving in Italy. We had air conditioning, a television, a great WiFi network, and a working fridge. This location is not central and we struggled finding a ride out in the morning but other than that Fiesole is a gorgeous town with phenomenal food and great views. Would stay again at Villa Bonelli in a heartbeat!"
