"The location was excellent. Easy to walk to the old part of town, close to parks and the lake. We were able to walk into town, explore, head back for a break and then go right back exploring. Breakfast was very good and the eating area and patio were fantastic. The first lady that met us upon check in wasn't very friendly but the rest of the staff were excellent."

"This is the ultimate place to stay. Great location. Spectacular view. Outstanding customer service and walking distance to everything. Takes about 15-20 mins max to get into town. Wish I could have stayed longer. Enjoyed the little casino as well. Will definitely go back. Two thumbs up."

The tub was also so small and awkwardly designed that there was barely enough room to stand for a shower. We practically had to squat to wash ourselves. "Great room, very nice early check in and special directions were key to get to the hotel because it’s in the heart of the town. Excellent location! Private secure garage parking was also key. Only thing to Know is the breakfast buffet is an additional 40€ a person which was really out of line with each other place we stayed. Looked beautiful, but cheaper better restaurants nearby. "2 pillows, blanket & brown shag carpet in room smelled. We tried asking the front desk for a change but they spoke no English. We asked Expedia to check & help but they were also told to call the next day when someone English speaking maybe at front desk. Room appeared clean otherwise but foul smelling bedding and old brown shaggy carpet ruined our stay unfortunately. Hotel front desk also said no room change was possible since they were sold out."

"This hotel shuttle and condition of the property was perfect! The hotel is about a 10 min shuttle ride from the airport/airport train station. We stayed here when flying both at the begging and close of our journey in Switzerland. It utilizes the same shuttle as Intercity Hotels. This is a basic hotel. Clean, nice shower. Breakfast is offered for a fee, but we did not experience this. Cons: pillows were not great. Too big and lumpy."
